Well, this sucks.

Everything is covered in a sheet of ice. It started yesterday and definitely is not going to be better by tonight. Yesterday was a rest day for me, but tonight I HAVE to do something. Stairs? I guess. I'll try to run quietly and not go thumping up and down them.
